A notable addition to the discussion came from Yodiwo’s CEO, Alex Maniatopoulos, who shared insights from Yodiwo’s role as Kotsovolos’s partner, facilitating the retail chain’s digital transformation through Plano360 – Yodiwo’s smart retail optimization platform. Using a single unified platform, Kotsovolos effectively optimized the efficiency of their physical spaces, maximizing profitability per square meter.
