Founded in 2015, Yodiwo brings together connectivity industry veterans and talented IT engineers with a shared vision to revolutionize infrastructure and IoT management. While our official journey began in 2015, the roots of our solutions extend back to the birth of remote IoT.
Over the years, we have collaborated with leading electronic device manufacturers and system integrators, recognizing the critical need for user-friendly, all-in-one tools tailored to the diverse demands of modern organizations. With this insight, we committed ourselves to designing human-centered systems that empower users with advanced control, simulation, and predictive capabilities for end-to-end asset and space management.

Board of Directors
Founder and CEO of Brookstreet Equity Partners. He has been recognised as “GameChanger of the Year”, “CEO of the Year”, “M&A Young Gun of the Year”, “Top 250 Deal Makers in the World”, “40 Under 40”, “Who is Who International Award”, Real Deals “Drax Future 40” investor that shapes the future of Europe. Active alum of Harvard Business School (HBS), LBS, CBS and LSE, amongst others.
Former senior McKinsey consultant and educated in Oxford, Cornell, and Duke University, Dr Leonid Shapiro is partner in Brookstreet Equity Partners. He specialises in healthcare and social care, conducting strategy projects for private and NHS organisations as well as providing commercial due diligence and M&A advice to private equity investors, charities, NHS Foundation Trusts, and corporates.
Michael Tzannes is a technology entrepreneur and investor based in Boston. He co-founded Accusonus, an audio software company acquired by Meta in 2022, and previously served as CEO, CTO, and Executive Chairman of Aware, Inc. (NASDAQ: AWRE). Michael is also co-founder of TzPM, The Optimality Fund, and LightBeam Data Communications. He advises and invests in startups, with board roles at Irida Labs, Yodiwo, Genesis Ventures, and 5G Ventures. An inventor in digital communications and audio tech, Michael holds degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Patras, the University of Michigan, and Tufts University.
Experienced Senior Banker with a demonstrated history of working in the banking industry. Skilled in Portfolio Management, Financial Risk, Business Planning, Risk Management, Retail Banking, E-Banking and Corporate Finance. Strong business development professional with a MBA focused in Finance from Aston University.
