Yodiwo and CORDIA Successfully Implemented a Smart Building and Energy Management System for General Secretariat for Information Systems and Digital Governance, Hellenic Ministry of Digital Governance

Athens, June 2025 — Yodiwo SA, in collaboration with CORDIA SA, is proud to announce the successful completion of a significant project with for General Secretariat for Information Systems and Digital Governance, Hellenic Ministry of Digital Governance (GSISDG).

The project was implemented under the European initiative FORTESIE – HORIZON-CL5-2021-D4-02-01, titled:“Demonstrating Integrated Technology Solutions for Buildings with Performance Guarantees (Built4People)” and marks a major milestone in the Ministry’s

goal of achieving energy efficiency and sustainability, involving the installation of an advanced Smart Building and Energy Management system powered by Yodiwo’s YodiFEM platform.

The YodiFEM platform offers an all-in-one solution, integrating smart meters, sensors, digital twins, IoT devices, and more. It leverages data on a 24/7 basis, enabling real-time analysis and reporting, cost monitoring, and sustainability improvements across all public assets.

Key components of the project include:

  • Real-Time Monitoring, Optimization, and Wellness: The YodiFEM platform provides GSISDG with the ability to efficiently manage energy usage, carbon emissions, and the indoor comfort conditions of the building (wellness), ensuring sustainable and comfortable building operations.
  • Installation and Integration with Photovoltaic Systems: The platform is connected with a newly installed solar energy systems, enabling a comprehensive approach to energy balance management.
  • Scalability for Future Needs: The system is designed to scale, allowing for future expansions and additional features as the Ministry’s needs evolve.

“This project marks a major advancement in our efforts to drive energy efficiency and sustainability within public sector buildings,” said Alex Maniatopoulos, CEO at Yodiwo. “Our partnership with CORDIA and the GSISDG has been instrumental in delivering a solution that supports both environmental responsibility and operational excellence.
